White Chocolate Covered Pretzels
White Chocolate Covered Pretzels are a fun and delicious snack that you can easily make at home. Makes a great gift for any holiday!
Equipment
- 2 Baking sheets lined with parchment paper
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz bag mini pretzels
- 1 8 oz bag melting wafers or 1 Dolci Frutta chocolate melting wafers (8 oz)
- Holiday sprinkles, nonpareils, sugar
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt wafers according to package instructions.
- Dip pretzels, one at a time, in the chocolate making sure to coat both sides.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off.
- Place on parchment paper.
- Decorate with sprinkles, sugar, nuts, coconut, etc. or drizzle on additional chocolate.
- Repeat until all the chocolate is gone. You may need to reheat the chocolate if it's getting too thick.
- Refrigerate to set.
- Enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container or tin for up to two weeks. Freeze in an airtight container for up to three months.
