White Chocolate Haystacks
With just a few simple ingredients these White Chocolate Haystacks can be whipped up for any special occasion. A delicious combination of chow mien noodles, butter, marshmallows and white chocolate.

- 4 cups chow mein noodles
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 bag marshmallows 10.5 oz
- 1 cup white chocolate chips, wafers, etc.
- holiday nonpareils
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and spay lightly with cooking spray.
In a large stove top pan, melt butter and marshmallows. Stir in white chocolate until melted and smooth.
Add chow mein noodles to the pan and stir until well coated and combined.
Spray a large cookie scoop or tablespoon with cooking spray. Gather up mixture and drop rounded tablespoons onto the parchment paper. Immediately top with nonpareils. If mixture is hard to scoop, place in a microwave safe bowl and reheat for 15-30 seconds.
Let set for at least 1 hour. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
