Need a festive holiday treat for Valentine’s Day, Easter, Fourth of July, Halloween or Christmas? Don’t have a lot of time to bake a batch of cookies? Then this Big S’mores Peanut Butter Cookie is for you! It only takes 15-20 minutes to whip up and about 25 minutes to bake!
Peanut butter and chocolate are great together! This recipe starts off with a deliciously large peanut butter cookie, pressed into a 12-inch round baking dish. It’s moist, soft, chewy and bursting with peanut butter flavor! Once cooked to perfection, grab your kids and let them enjoy sprinkling on the toppings! Mini-marshmallows, chocolate chips and for the next holiday up, Valentine’s Day M&M’s! Change out the M&M’s for all your favorite holidays and make this delicious treat anytime of the year! Big S’mores Peanut Butter Cookie-Ingredients
Dark brown sugar, flour, mini-marshmallows, vegetable shortening, granulated sugar, pure vanilla extract, eggs, butter, Holiday M&M’s, peanut butter, chocolate chips.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12 inch round baking dish well, with butter. Set aside. In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Drop in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add pure vanilla extract and peanut butter. Beat until combined.
Beat in flour until combined.
Press dough into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are starting to turn lightly brown.
Take cookie out of the oven, sprinkle mini-marshmallows and chocolate chips over the top. Bake for an additional 3 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle Holiday M&M’s over the top and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Let cool for 10-15 minutes. Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
If serving later, warm in the microwave for a 1-2 minutes to soften the marshmallows.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/4 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups mini-marshmallows
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup Holiday M&M's
