What better way than to start off your peanut butter pie than with a sugar cookie crust? This crust is so delicious and it’s super easy to make.
Crust-Ingredients
Flour, sugar, egg, butter.
Crust-Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add flour, sugar, egg and butter (softened).
Then use a pastry cutter and cut the butter and egg into the flour and sugar until a dough starts to form.
Gather the dough into a disk.
Press dough into a pie plate that has been lightly sprayed with baking spray with flour.
Peanut Butter Pie Filling
This simple 3 ingredient peanut butter filling is deliciously rich and adds that peanut butter flavor to the pie!
Filling-Ingredients
Creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter (softened).
Filling-Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, butter (softened) and powdered sugar.
Use a hand mixer and beat together until creamy and incorporated.
Gently spread filling over the dough.

Microwave for 45 seconds or until the butter has mostly melted.
Mix together.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Or until crust starts to turn brown. Remove, serve and enjoy!

- 1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 6 tbsp butter cubed
