You’re going to love these Easy No-Bake Flower Pretzel Bites! They are sweet, salty and covered in M&M’s. Yum!
Baking doesn’t always have to take hours and tons of work! These Easy No-Bake Flower Pretzel Bites are the perfect example of how you can take a few simple ingredients and turn them into a unique, sweet, salty and delicious treat for any holiday or special occasion. If you have read some of my previous posts, I love bite sized treats! They are easy to eat and you don’t have to feel guilty about eating more than one. Believe me, you are going to be eating more than one of these pretzel bites. They are seriously addictive!
What candies do I use for these flower pretzel bites?
For these Easy No-Bake Flower Pretzel Bites I used a package of Easter M&M’s. They are a mix of yellow, aqua, light and dark pink, green and purple, making the prettiest flowers bites. These colors are perfect for Easter, Mother’s Day, or Birthdays.
What pretzels do I use?
I used the Snyder’s Snaps Pretzels because they are easy to find and are the perfect size for the base of these treats. However, I am sure mini pretzels will work too.
Should I use chocolate chips or melting wafers?
I used melting wafers for these pretzel bites. You only need one melting wafer per pretzel bite, giving it the perfect ratio of salty to sweet. I also used the Dolci Frutta melting wafers. In my grocery store, they can be found near the strawberries as this is what I used in my Quick Chocolate Covered Strawberries. I found that they are also cheaper than other candy melts. However, use your favorite candy melts.
A great activity to keep the kids busy!
This is a great activity for the kids! Make them together or let the kids do it all by themselves. There is NO BAKING is required! Just place the snaps pretzels on a plate, place a candy melt on the top, and microwave for about 45-60 seconds, just until the candy melt is melted enough to press the M&M’s into it. If the candy melt is still too hard, continue to microwave at 10 second intervals. It may take a little trial and error to get the exact timing down, all microwaves cook at slightly different rates. Be careful not to make the candy melts too hot because the chocolate will fall through the cracks of the pretzel making it hard for the M&M’s to stick.

Package them up and give them away as gifts. Wrap them in cellophane bags, cute tins, boxes or put them in an Easter basket. A simple, delicious treat that anyone will love!
Easy No-Bake Flower Pretzel Bites-Ingredients
- snaps pretzels
- Easter M&M’s
- Vanilla candy melts
Instructions
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Arrange snaps pretzels on a large microwave safe plate.
- Place one vanilla candy melt in the center of each snaps pretzels and microwave for about 45-60 seconds, just until the candy melt is melted enough to press the M&M’s into it. If the candy melt is still too hard, continue to microwave at 10 second intervals. It may take a little trial and error to get the exact timing down, all microwaves cook at slightly different rates. Be careful not to make the candy melts too hot because the chocolate will fall through the cracks of the pretzel making it hard for the M&M’s to stick.
- Remove the snaps pretzels and place them on the prepared baking sheet(s).
- Place one M&M in the center of the candy melt. Press in additional candy melts of differing colors as the petals. I used six.
- Place flower pretzel bites in the refrigerator to set.
- Serve on plates, in a tin or in an Easter basket and enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- To freeze, store in an airtight container placing wax paper between layers for up to 3 months.
