Creating a Great Fruit Platter
Fruit platters are a great appetizer, snack or dessert. They are incredibly simple to put together and can be made ahead of time. Choosing your fruit to serve with your fruit dip is easy! Any kind of fruit goes well with it!
When I make a fruit platter, I like to add a lot of different types of color. Think the colors of the rainbow to start. Some great fruit choices include:
- Purple: blackberries
- Blue: blueberries
- Green: green grapes, kiwi or green apples
- Yellow: pear, banana, pineapple
- Orange: oranges, mandarins, tangerines
- Red: red grapes, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, watermelon
Additional Fruit Dip Ideas
While fruit may be the obvious choice when it comes to this quick fruit dip, there are many additional foods that can be dipped!
- Cookies: Nilla Wafers, pizzelles, Oreos, wafer cones, chocolate wafer cookies, Chips Ahoy. Any crunchy cookie pairs perfectly with this dip!
- Crackers: Graham crackers, pretzel sticks, animal crackers, Ritz crackers, Saltines, butter crackers too!

- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add sugar and beat well.
- Gradually add in marshmallow fluff and beat well after each addition.
- Add pure vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.

- 7.5 oz marshmallow fluff 1 jar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
