The day starts with preparing lunches, getting the kids off to school, cleaning, grocery shopping, rushing the kids off to activities, making dinner, etc. I actually had to stop there because my list could go on and on, and honestly it was stressing me out thinking of all the things I need to do today! So when I want to make a delicious and simple treat that packs a lot of flavors these Simple Triple Layer Bars come to mind. Similar to Magic Bars they are a true crowd pleaser!

Simple Triple Layer Bars-Ingredients
Sweetened coconut flakes, graham cracker crumbs, pure vanilla extract, creamy peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a small sauce pan, melt butter over low heat.
Mix the butter and graham cracker crumbs together in a small mixing bowl.
Spread and press into the pan. Sprinkle coconut over the top of the graham cracker crumbs.
Pour condensed milk over the coconut. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
In a small sauce pan, melt chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla over low heat.
Spread evenly over hot coconut layer.
Cool for 30 minutes then chill in the refrigerator. Cut into bars, serve and enjoy!
To store: Place in an airtight container for up to 5 days. To freeze: Place in an airtight container for up to three months. Place wax paper between layers.

- Small sauce pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 2/3 cups sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
