Easy Red Roasted Potatoes
These Easy Red Roasted Potatoes are a delicious side to any main. Just cube, toss in oil and seasonings and bake until they are golden brown!

- 3 lbs red potatoes washed and cubed
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Wash and cube potatoes.
Place potatoes in a mixing bowl. Drizzle oil over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Season potatoes with salt, fresh ground black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
Spread on roasting pan or baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown on the outside. Toss potatoes occasionally for even cooking.
