Bacon, Egg and Cheese Crescent Rolls
These Bacon, Egg and Cheese Crescent Rolls are a delicious start to any day. They can be made ahead of time and easy to take on the go.

- 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
- 4 Eggs
- 5-6 slices Bacon
- 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Slice and fry bacon until crisp. Set aside on a paper towel.
Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper.
Over medium-low heat, warm about one tablespoon of butter or spay pan with non-stick baking spray. Pour eggs into the pan and cook throughly. Stir frequently.
Place crescent roll triangles on the baking sheet.
Spoon on egg, top with bacon and cheese. Roll up and repeat for all 8 rolls.
Place in oven and cook for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown.
