sweetened coconut flakes
grated fine

Kosher salt

oz
coconut tequila
2
oz
Cointreau
3
oz
lime juice
freshly squeezed
1.5
oz
agave nectar
3
cups
ice cubes
2
lime wheels
for garnish
Instructions
In a small food processor, grate the coconut flakes until fine. Mix together coconut and salt and add to a plate.
Rub the rim of each margarita glass with a lime wedge, then dip into the coconut-salt mixture. Set aside.
Add coconut tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, agave nectar and ice to a blender.
Blend until thoroughly combined and creamy.
Pour into prepared glasses.
Serve immediately.
