Grinch Mimosa
Celebrate Christmas with this festive Grinch Mimosa. A twist on the classic that combines orange juice, bubbly and a hint of Blue Curacao.
Equipment
- Champagne flute
Ingredients
- 4 oz orange juice
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao
- Champagne to top
- 2 maraschino cherries to garnish
- corn syrup or simple syrup for the rim
- red sparkling sugar for the rim
Instructions
- Rim a chilled champagne flute with corn syrup or simple sugar and dip into bright red sparkling sugar.
- Add orange juice and blue Curacao and top with champagne.
- Stir slightly, until bright green.
- Toss in two maraschino cherries.
- Serve and enjoy!
