Rye Bread Beef Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp onion yellow or vidalia, minced
  • 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
  • 5 oz corned beef chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
  • 2 tsp dill weed
  • 1 rye bread bowl

Instructions
 

  • Mince onion and chop parsley.
  • Cut corned beef into small pieces.
  • Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, dill weed and corned beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Using a serrated knife, cut out the center of the bread to create a bowl. Cut the removed center into 1-inch chunks.
  • Pour dip into the hallowed out bread bowl.
  • Arrange bread chunks around the bowl for dipping.
  • Serve and enjoy!
