Rye Bread Beef Dip

- 2 tbsp onion yellow or vidalia, minced
- 2 tbsp parsley fresh, chopped
- 5 oz corned beef chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1 rye bread bowl
Mince onion and chop parsley.
Cut corned beef into small pieces.
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, dill weed and corned beef. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Using a serrated knife, cut out the center of the bread to create a bowl. Cut the removed center into 1-inch chunks.
Pour dip into the hallowed out bread bowl.
Arrange bread chunks around the bowl for dipping.
Serve and enjoy!
