Spanakopita Tarts
These Spanakopita Tarts combine spinach, feta, eggs and garlic to create an easy and simple appetizer that is great for game day or any gathering.

- 2 packages Athens Phyllo Cups 15 count per package
- 8oz package frozen chopped spinach drained well
- 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thaw frozen spinach and drain well.
Combine spinach, feta cheese, eggs, garlic and salt and pepper.
Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Generously spoon mixture into each cup.
Bake for 15 minutes or until the phyllo ships are golden and filling is heated all the way through.
Serve immediately.
