These Spanakopita Tarts combine spinach, feta, eggs and garlic to create an easy and simple appetizer that is great for game day or any gathering.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages Athens Phyllo Cups 15 count per package
  • 8oz package frozen chopped spinach drained well
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese crumbles
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Thaw frozen spinach and drain well.
  • Combine spinach, feta cheese, eggs, garlic and salt and pepper.
  • Place phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Generously spoon mixture into each cup.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until the phyllo ships are golden and filling is heated all the way through.
  • Serve immediately.
