When the weather turns a bit cooler and the holidays roll around it becomes the time for this delicious Cinnamon Toast Crunch Martini. It’s really simple! Only 2 ingredients; Fireball Whiskey and RumChata.
This has become our signature Christmas Eve martini and is a close second to our Best Homemade Eggnog, that you have got to try.
The thing that is really nice about this martini, is its simplicity. It is just a 2:1 combo of RumChata and Fireball Whiskey. If you are having a larger gathering, you can make a pitcher ahead of time and just refrigerate until party time.
While we show this as a martini, it can easily be turned into shots or put in a highball over ice. Experiment a little to find the perfect way you like to enjoy this great mixed drink.
Cinnamon Toast Crunch Martini-Ingredients
RumChata, first introduced in 2009, is a cream liqueur and is a blend of Caribbean Rum, Wisconsin Cream, cinnamon, vanilla and secret spices.
Fireball whiskey is a blend of Canadian Whiskey, cinnamon and sugars. Believe it or not it has been around since 1984, but only became a top selling whiskey in 2018. If you have never had it, it tastes like Red Hots or Hot Tamales. Mmm so good!
Instructions
Even if you are a beginner mixologist, it can’t get much easier than this. In a shaker filled with ice, combine 4 oz. of RumChata and 2 oz. of Fireball Whiskey. Let it chill for a few minutes. Pour into a martini glass and dust the top with cinnamon. Super simple and super easy going down!

Ingredients
- 4 oz RumChata
- 2 oz Fireball Whiskey
- Cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add RumChata and Fireball Whiskey.
- Let chill for 3 minutes, pour into a martini glass.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional).
