Easy Ham and Cheese Sliders

For many years now, my sister-in-law, (I have a few-Marybeth) has been making these Easy Ham and Cheese Sliders. She’s always making delicious food that my kids devour when she and her family comes to visit. These are one of our favorites!

Great for parties, as a main dish or as an appetizer, these little sandwich sliders will be a huge hit! I recently made them for a gathering at my house, the adults raved and so did the kids! Make them with your favorite meat, like ham or roast beef. Don’t forget to top them off with cheese, we like Swiss, extra sharp provolone or American. Experiment with what ones you like best. You can’t go wrong with any of these combos!

Easy Ham and Cheese Sliders

Although you can use any type of bread, my sister-in-law never deviates from King’s Hawaiian Rolls. Before she made these for us, I actually never had these rolls before. My first time trying to find them at the grocery store was a nightmare! Luckily, the kid in the store found them for me. Take note, they are often found over by the deli counter. They come in packages of 12 but at BJs you can find a package with 2 packs of 16. This is what I used for this recipe. Rule of thumb, 1/2 pound of meat, 1/2 pound of cheese, 4 oz of butter per 8 rolls.

Surprise your family tonight and make these great sliders! It’s quick, easy and worth the praise you will receive after!
