Our friend Jeff was the life of the party even before he entered. He was so friendly, outgoing and kind it was hard not to like him immediately. Jeff loved life, family, friends and a good party! My first memory of Jeff and his wife Linda was at his house, full lobster bake, great music, tons of fun and an awesome time hanging out at the pool. Or in in the pool…And so the Jeff’s Special was created.
Jeff’s Special is the perfect drink recipe for a party, while on or off the beach, or quite frankly, anytime. This fruity drink is full of fruity favorites; cranberry, orange and pineapple juices. It makes you think of the tropics, right? That’s why I love this drink in the summer! Or winter, fall, spring…
I don’t know about you but there’s something about a fruity and refreshing drink that goes down easy and quenches your thirst immediately, that is always appealing. Especially after a long, hot, lazy day at the beach. I’ll be right back…
It’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right? Don’t judge. And yes I’m drinking the adult version… I added the perfect blend of coconut rum and vodka to make this drink even better. Coconut rum, vodka and fruit juices? Don’t forget a squeezed lime. Nicely done! What’s better than that?

Grab a large insulated cup (see below) and fill with ice. Add vodka, coconut rum, cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice and shake well. Squeeze a wedge of lime and enjoy!

- Large Insulated Cup
Ingredients
- 2 shots Vodka
- 1.5 shots Coconut Rum
- 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
- 1/3 cup Orange Juice
- 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
Instructions
- Fill a large insulated cup with ice
- Add vodka, coconut rum, cranberry juice, orange juice and pineapple juice
- Squeeze a lime and shake well
- Enjoy many!
