If you have a lot of guests staying at your house, then this Overnight Baked French Toast Casserole is the perfect breakfast. It’s easy to make the night before and it’s baked in one dish!
French toast has always been my favorite breakfast food and to this day I still love it. During the holidays, when company is over, this Overnight Baked French Toast Casserole is the perfect breakfast to make. One, it’s easy! Just put it together the night before, take out in the morning and bake. Second, it feeds a big crowd. I usually get around 16 slices, so basically it will feed at least 8 people and even more if you are serving additional breakfast items. Third, it’s just so darn good! It’s made from sliced french bread, covered in an egg-cinnamon and vanilla mixture, topped off with the most scrumptious praline topping! Need a say more? Yes, don’t forget to smother it in maple syrup! Now that’s what I am talking about!
