This Quick Cannoli Dip can be whipped up in just 5 minutes! It’s creamy, light and delicious! A great dessert that everyone will enjoy!
Another great Italian sweet treat is this Quick Cannoli Dip! Cannoli Dip is basically the same as cannoli filling. Traditional cannoli filling consists of ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Mixed all together and topped off with slivered chocolate or chocolate chips.
However, my version of this dip is not made with your “traditional” ingredients. The version I am sharing with you today is made by whipping together cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, confectioners’ sugar, heavy whipping cream and vanilla. It’s super creamy, light, rich and so delicious! With that said, this Italian thinks this dip is sensational! Although I promise I will post my families’ traditional cannoli filling at a later date!
What do I serve with cannoli dip?
There are so many things you can serve with this dip! Here are a few of my favorite ways!

- Fresh fruit; strawberries and bananas
- Pizzelles

Americans generally drink coffee or espresso with cannoli, however the Italian tradition is to drink sweet wine along with cannoli. So grab your favorite port and let’s get started…
