These Red, White and Blue Parfaits are the perfect holiday treat! Since The Fourth of July is right around the corner, my daughter and I decided to make them the other day. She LOVES my cannoli topping that can be found in both my Cannoli Cupcakes and Quick Cannoli Dip. We used inspiration from both these posts to create this delicious treat!
If you are not a baker, this recipe is perfect for you because there is NO baking involved! Simply whip up ahead of time, put the ingredients together in your favorite glass, and serve! Your guests will think you spent hours making this delicious treat!

Red, White and Blue Parfaits-Ingredients
Vanilla wafers, confectioners sugar, heavy whipping cream, blueberries, pure vanilla extract, raspberries, mascarpone cheese, cream cheese and strawberries.
Instructions
- In a small food processor, add vanilla wafers and pulse until finely chopped. Set aside.
- Wash and dry strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Cut strawberries into pieces. Set aside.
- Using a hand mixer beat cream cheese. Add mascarpone and beat until smooth.
- Add confectioners sugar, pure vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, a little at a time, and beat until light and fluffy.
- Use a spoon and drop mascarpone/cream cheese topping on the bottom of the mason jars. OR you can fill a piping bag and pipe in the topping. This is the method I used in this recipe.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of crushed vanilla wafers over topping. Drop in strawberries.
- Add another layer of topping, add crushed vanilla wafers and blueberries for the next layer.
- Lastly, add another layer of topping. Drop in raspberries.
- Refrigerate, serve and enjoy!
- Make ahead of time and refrigerate for up to 2 days.

- 2 mason jars (2 cup jars)
- hand mixer
- Mixing Bowl
- piping bag and star tip (optional)
