These Simple Coconut Kisses are perfect for Christmas or Valentine’s Day. Chewy on the outside and bursting with sweet coconut. Topped off with a kiss!
If you are a coconut lover like me, then these cookies are perfect for you! They are super simple to make and have only four ingredients! Similar to my 5 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Coconut Balls, these cookies are loaded with sweet coconut. The sweetened condensed milk and vanilla add that irresistible flavor! These cookies are chewy on the inside with that little hint of crunch on the outside.
Although you can make these cookies anytime of the year, I make them mostly during Christmas. However, with Valentine’s Day just around the corner they make the perfect treat for your favorite Valentine! And it’s sealed with a kiss!
So grab those ingredients and let’s get started…
Simple Coconut Kisses-Ingredients
Sweetened coconut, sweetened condensed milk, pure vanilla extract, Hershey’s Kisses.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix coconut, condensed milk and vanilla together. Using wet hands, squeeze into 2 inch balls. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until edges start to turn lightly brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes on the baking sheet.
Lightly press Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie. Cool for about 3 minutes more. Remove from the cookie sheet and move to a wire rack. Cool completely.
Serve and enjoy! These cookies freeze well. To freeze: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Place wax paper between layers.
