  • 1 1/2 cups pears (diced)
  • 2 oz goat cheese crumbles
  • 1 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper

Instructions

  • Wash pears and dice them into small pieces. 
  • In a small stove top pan melt the butter.
  • Add pears, goat cheese, melted butter and pepper to a mixing bowl. Toss gently.
  • Place phyllo shells onto a baking sheet. 
  • Spoon a small amount of the filling into each phyllo shell.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the phyllo shells turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
